ZORA’S WEDDING CAKE ICING

Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter
• 1/2 c vegetable shortening
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 4 c 10X sugar
• 3 T milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and shortening together, add vanilla and salt. Beat in sugar 1 cup at a time. Add milk and beat at high speed until light and fluffy.

(Make 1 ½ recipe for a decorated cake)
