Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 to 1 tsp mint extract
7 1/2 to 8 1/2 c 10X sugar
Food coloring

Step 1

Mix sugar slowly into cream cheese and add mint extract. Tint with food coloring. Roll out on 10X sugar covered waxed paper. Add two colors and roll. Store in an airtight container.
