Ingredients
- OR:
- 4-9 pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder (to taste)
- A good helping of leftover cornbread dressing
- 6 oz pkg cornbread stuffing mix
- 10.75 oz can cream of celery soup
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 stalk of celery (diced)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
4 pork chops - grease a 9-in pie pan
6 pork chops - grease a 2-qt baking dish
9 pork chops - grease a 9x13 baking dish (or larger for bigger pork chops)
In a large bowl, mix stuffing, soup, corn, onion, and celery. Spoon into the greased baking dish.
Arrange pork chops on top. Season with salt & pepper or other seasoning (Tony's, season salt, etc...)
Bake 30 minutes, or until pork chops are no longer pink.
