Ingredients

  • 2 lb hash browns
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 10 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 2 c corn flakes or crushed Ritz

Preparation

Step 1

Throw potatoes. Mix seasonings and add potatoes. Top with 2 c corn flakes or Ritz. Drizzle with one stick melted butter. Bake 350, 1 hour. Can be frozen. Add topping when ready to bake. Fits in 9x13 pan.
