Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 3/4 c Italian dressing
- 1/2 c bread crumbs (I use Italian)
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 c parsley flakes (if I don't have these on hand, I omit them)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients.
Dip chicken in dressing & roll in dry ingredients. (Usually I marinate the chicken in the dressing in a gallon size zip lock baggy & then roll in dry ingredients.)
Place in casserole dish.
Bake covered (aluminum foil) for 30 minutes; remove cover & bake about 20 minutes more.
