- 1 c flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 T frozen oj concent
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 T water
- 3 eggs

Step 1
Grease a large jelly roll pan and line with wax paper (grease wax paper too). Beat eggs at high speed until thick; add sugar and beat until smooth. Blend in orange concentrate and water. Add dry ingredients slowly-don’t overbeat. Pour into pan, 375, 12 minutes. Invert onto towel sprinkled with 10X sugar.
2c heavy cream ½ tsp almond extract
½ c 10X sugar 21 oz cherry pie filling
Whip cream, add sugar and almond extract. Spread cooled cake with half of whipped cream and ¾ of cherry filling; roll. Use remaining for topping.
