Ingredients
- 1 1/2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 c butter (don’t substitute)
- 1 c sugar
- graham cracker crust
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1 T bourbon
- 3 eggs
- chocolate curls

Preparation
Step 1
Place unsweetened chocolate in double boiler; cook on low until chocolate melts.
Cream butter; gradually add sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Add chocolate and vanilla; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time; beating 2 minutes after each addition. Beat an additional 10 minutes. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill 3 hours. Beat whipping cream on high until foamy; add bourbon; beat to stiff peaks. Place on pie. Garnish with chocolate curls.
