STRAWBERRY TRIFLE

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 c 10X sugar
• 1 T sugar
• 1 c sour cream
• angel food cake
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 qt strawberries
• 1/4 tsp almond extract
• 3 T almond extract
• 1/2 pint whipping cream
• 3 T sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together cream cheese and sugar; add sour cream, vanilla and almond extract. Set aside. In bowl, whip cream, vanilla and sugar. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Combine strawberries, sugar and almond extract. Layer together in large glass bowl starting with strawberries, whipped cream and broken cake pieces. Finish with strawberries.
