Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. pecans
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/4 c. pumpkin
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, 1 egg, and 3 tablespoon sugar in small bowl and set aside. Toss 5 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 cup flour, pecans, butter and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon set aside.
Combine 2 cup sugar, 2 cup flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and 2 teaspoon cinnamon. Lightly beat 2 eggs, pumpkin, oil and vanilla. Make a well in center of dry ingredients pour pumpkin mixture into well and mix with fork. Evenly divide half of batter among 24 greased muffin cups. Place 2 teaspoon of cream cheese filling in center of each cup and fill with remaining batter. Sprinkle top with pecan mixture in bake till golden 20 to 25 minutes.
