Ingredients
- 1 large can of chicken broth
- 1 large jar of great northern beans, drained
- 1 large can of chicken
- 1 large onion
- 2 TBLS. of diced jalapenos
- 2 cups of shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 16oz container sour cream
- 1/2 to 1 cup Heavy whipping cream, (optional-it makes it thicker)
- 1 TBLS. chili powder

Preparation
Step 1
Boil chicken broth with onion, beans, jalapenos and chicken until onion is tender.
Turn down heat and add cheese and chili powder. Cook until cheese is melted. Add whipping cream to thicken, about a half cup to a cup is fine.
Add sour cream last.
