Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. barbican sauce
- dash and pepper
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. corn flake crumble
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. celery slices
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained

Step 1
Combine, meat, egg, onion, cornflakes crumbs, barbican sauce and seasonings mix lightly. Press meat mixture unto bottom and sides of 9 inch pan plate. Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes. Remove meat shell from oven, drain. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Sauté celery slices in 1 tablespoon margarine. Combine whiry, cheese and mushrooms. Toss slightly, spoon into Xxx meat shell. Melt remaining margarine and combine until 1/4 cup crumbs sprinkle over cheese mixture. Return to oven, baking 10 minutes.
