Ingredients

  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies or jalapeno slices
  • 1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 c flour or Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • onion, grated, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cover bottom of greased 9x13" pan w/peppers & onions.

Cover with blended cheeses.

Mix milk, eggs & flour well and pour over cheese & peppers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until set (edges slightly browned).

Can be made ahead & refrigerated or frozen. Warm in microwave on
medium setting.
