Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 tubes of crescent rolls
  • 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese- softened
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Step 1

Have cream cheese at room temperature. Beat all ingredients together until fluffy. Roll 1 tube of the crescent rolls into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Press seams together so it fits pan well. Put filling on top of rolls and top with other tube of crescent rolls, again pressing seams and stretching rolls to fit over filling. Brush with melted butter. Mix topping together and sprinkle over melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown-depending on your oven. Cool completely.
