Ingredients

  • 3

    Large potatoes

  • ½

    large onion

  • ½

    pint sour cream

  • 1

    can cream of celery soup

  • 3-4

    cups sliced cabbage

  • ¾

    cup milk

  • ¼

    cup butter

  • lbs, ground beef or Turkey

  • salt and pepper

Directions

slice potatatoes and boil till just tender. put in bottom of large greased casserole dish. Top with sour cream and stir gently. Fry cabbage in butter till limp, spoon over potataoes. Brown meat and onions, place over cabbage. Mix soup and milk, pour over meat. Bake @ 350 degrees 35-40 minutes.
