Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients

• 2 c. pretzels
• 3 tbsp. brown sugar
• 3/4 c. oleo
• 1 c. cool whip
• 1 8 oz. phil cream cheese
• 2 c. powdered sugar
• 2 1/2 c. boiling water
• 2 pkg. strawberry or rasp jells
• 2 c. sliced strawberries or raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

Crush 2 cup pretzels real fine. Add 3 tablespoon brown sugar and 3/4 cup oleo. Mix together. Spread into a 9X13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees and cool. Mix together 1 cup cool whip. Dram whip 1 8 ounces phil cream cheese and 2 cup powdered sugar. Fold in 1-2 cup mix. Mash, spread over pretzel crust. Let set and cool. Mix 2 1/2 cup boiling water and 2 package strawberry or rasp jells. Chill till almost thick. Add to jells 2 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries. Cover and refrigerate.
