Preparation
Step 1
Butter cut side of muffin. Place buttered side down in greased 13x9 inch
> baking dish.
> Cook sausage. Drain. Layer half of sausage, chiles, and cheese over
> muffins.
> Combine sour cream and eggs. Pour over muffins. Repeat layer of sausage,
> chile, and cheese.
> Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
> Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
> Yield: 8-10 servings.
