Ingredients
- 1 lb. unpeeled medium size fresh shrimp
- 4 oz. angel hair pasta,cooked
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. butter melted
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Sundried tomatoes
- Red, green and yellow peppers

Step 1
Cook shrimp and garlic in butter in a heavy skillet over medium high heat. Stirring constantly 3 to 5 minutes or till shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp, and set aside reserving garlic and butter in skillet.
Add half and half to skillet bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes till thick. Add shrimp, seasonings, sundried tomatoes and peppers- cook for 5 minutes until peppers are cooked to your liking. Serve over pasta.
