Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 c. semi sweet choc chips
- 1/3 c. oleo
- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- Filling:
- 2-8 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. semi sweet choc chips
- 1-12 semi sweet choc chips
- 1-12 oz. caramel ice cream topping (divided in half)

Step 1
Press on bottom and up 1 inch on side of pan. Bake 10 minutes and cool. Grease bottom and sides of 9 inch spring form on 9X9 baking dish. For filling: beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add egg one at a time. Stir in chips. Pour over crust. Combine 1/3 cup caramel sauce and 1 tablespoon flour. Mix well. Spoon over filling and swirl. Bake 40-50 minutes till center and set coll. Chill 6 hours. To serve drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
