German Choc Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. German choc cake
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven 375 degrees grease 9X13 pan. Sprinkle coconut and nuts over bottom of pan. Combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Beat at low speed till moistened. Beat on high 2 minutes. Spoon butter evenly over coconut and nut mixture. Combine powdered sugar, melted margarine and cream cheese. Beat till smooth and creamy. Spoon evenly over butter to within 1 inch of edge. Bake 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or test with toothpick.
