Ingredients
- 2 c uncooked macaroni
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp chili powder
- garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 16 oz kidney beans, rinsed & drained
- mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni. Brown beef, onion and garlic salt. Stir in tomatoes, beans, tomato paste and seasonings. Add macaroni. Use 13x9x2 dish with nonstick spray. Cover and bake 375, 25-30. Uncover and put on mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 more minutes.
