Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained and diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Stir boiling water into gelatin, in a large bowl, until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Reserve 1 1/2 cups gelatin at room temperature. Stir peaches into remaining gelatin. Pour into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours, until set, not firm. Beat reserved 1 1/2 cups gelatin into cream cheese, in medium bowl, with wire whisk, until smooth. Stir in oranges. Pour over first layer in mold. Chill until firm. Unmold.
