Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. dry milk
- 3 c. coconut
- 1 6 oz. pkg. of chocolate chips

Step 1
Melt 2 t. butter in a 2 qt. pan, remove from heat, add 3 t. water plus 1 t. vanilla. Mix 2 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 c. dry milk, add slowly to butter mixture, mix well. Stir in 3 c. coconut, mix well, drops onto wax paper. Make a dent in center, let harden 10 minutes. Melt 1 6 oz. pkg. of chocolate chips, put about 1 t. in each dent. Let stand until firms. Butter and chocolate chips to melt in microwave.
