No Roll Pie Crust

• Topping:
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
• 2 tbsp. cold milk
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 c. salad oil
• 1/2 c. oleo
• 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour, salt, sugar into pie pan. Whip milk and oil with fork and pour over flour. Mix till flour is dampened. Press with fingers to form dough into pan.

Apple Pie: Pour 1/2 cup sugar over crust,add apples then add 1/2 cup sugar over apples sprinkle with cinnamon. Topping: crumb and put on top of apple cover with foil bake 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes remove foil continues to bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
