Ingredients

3 c flour
7 T cocoa
2 c sugar
3/4 c + 3 T oil
1 tsp salt
2 T vinegar
2 tsp soda
2 c water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients. Add liquid. Mix well.
Filling: 8 oz cream cheese, 1 egg, ½ c sugar, pinch of salt, 6 oz chocolate chips.
Mix.
Fill papers 2/3 full of chocolate mixture. Drop a teaspoon of filling in each cup. 350, 20 minutes.
