Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. dried onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 24 oz. frozen hash-brown potatoes, thawed
- 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine milk, butter, onion flakes, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and cheese; mix well. Spread in greased 13 x 9" baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until bubbly and golden brown.
