Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • Fajitas:
  • 1 lb. round stack cut into 2 inch X 1/3 inch X 1/2 inch slices
  • 8 flour tortillas, warmed in microwave or oven
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 large onion 1/4 slices
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 2 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges

Step 1

Blend marinade ingredients. Pour marinade over stack slices. Cover and chill overnight. Heat oil in cok or skillet and stir fry meat, in batches, for 3-4 minutes. Push meat to side. Add pepper and onions, stir fry 3-5 minutes. Add tomatoes, stir fry 2 minutes. Warm tortillas. Put stir fried mixture into tortillas. Serve with avocado dip taco sauce and sour cream if desired.
