Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can crashed pineapple, drained
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Step 1
Mix cake and bake according to box directions; cool. Mix remaining ingredients together; spread on cooled cake. Spread Cool Whip on top of mixture. Garnish with coconut and nuts, if desired. Chill. Linda uses a Jiffy cake in a 9x13” pan, and uses only one 3 oz. pkg. instant pudding, layering 1 tall can of pineapple and Cool Whip over the pudding-cream cheese layer.
