Ingredients
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 4 serving pkg. jello sugar free lime jello
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1 4 serving pkg. jello sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
- sugar substitute to equal 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 6 oz. Graham Cracker pie crust
- 1/2 c. fat free whipped topping
- thin lime slices

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender combine boiling water, dry gelatin and lime juice. Cover and process on high for 20 seconds or until mixture is well blended. Add cold water, dry pudding mix, dry milk powder and sugar substitute- blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into pie crust and refrigerate at least 2 hours cut into 8 servings. Top each serving with cool whip and lime slice
