Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 3 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts drained, rinsed and chopped
- 10 oz pkg. chopped spinach- thaw and drain well
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 oz. Monterey jack cheese shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Put artichokes, spinach and garlic in food processor and blend until pasty.
Combine sour cream, 2 ounces Parmesan cheese in a casserole dish. Stir in spinach and artichokes. Mix well. Cover top with Monterrey jack and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees and then broil for about 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
You may want to 1/2 recipe if you are making it for less than 6 people.
