Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 lb. flank steak
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 3 c. broccoli
  • cauliflower/carrots - etc
  • 1 small onion
  • 7 oz. jar mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. almonds
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in two tbsp. soy sauce
  • 8 oz. jar water chestnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine garlic, soy sauce, sherry and sugar, blend well. Add meat strips coat; stand 30 minutes; drain - saving marinade. In large skillet, heat oil. Add meat. Cook over high heat until meat is pink. Stir in v1 small box shell macaroni eges; cook till tender. Stir in marinade. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until thick. Serve over rice.
