Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb. flank steak
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 3 c. broccoli
- cauliflower/carrots - etc
- 1 small onion
- 7 oz. jar mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. almonds
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in two tbsp. soy sauce
- 8 oz. jar water chestnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Combine garlic, soy sauce, sherry and sugar, blend well. Add meat strips coat; stand 30 minutes; drain - saving marinade. In large skillet, heat oil. Add meat. Cook over high heat until meat is pink. Stir in v1 small box shell macaroni eges; cook till tender. Stir in marinade. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until thick. Serve over rice.
