Ingredients

  • 3 c. fresh sliced peaces
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • Topping
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Peel and slice peaches. Mix peaches with other ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 30 minutes or until pie is slightly browned.

While the pie bakes prepare the topping. Blend all ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of pie and bake additional 15 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
