Ingredients
- 4 LRG POTATOES
- 1 SM BUNCH OF SWISS CHARD
- 1/2 CUP OF CHOPPED ONION
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE MINCED
- 1 TB VINEGAR
- 1/3 CUP OLIVE OIL
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS RED PEPPER FLAKES
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
Preparation
Step 1
CUT POTATOES INTO 2 INCH CHUNKS, BOIL UNTIL TENDER AND DRAIN
TEAR SWISS CHARD INTO PIECES BOIL FOR 3 TO 4 MIN
COMBINE POTATOES, CHARD AND ONIONS IN LRG BOWL
COMBINE GARLIC, VINEGAR, OIL AND PEPPER WISK AND POUR OVER POTATOES
TOSS, ADD SALT, TOSS AGAIN, REFRIGERATE TILL READY TO SERVE
