  • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS RED PEPPER FLAKES

Step 1

CUT POTATOES INTO 2 INCH CHUNKS, BOIL UNTIL TENDER AND DRAIN
TEAR SWISS CHARD INTO PIECES BOIL FOR 3 TO 4 MIN
COMBINE POTATOES, CHARD AND ONIONS IN LRG BOWL
COMBINE GARLIC, VINEGAR, OIL AND PEPPER WISK AND POUR OVER POTATOES
TOSS, ADD SALT, TOSS AGAIN, REFRIGERATE TILL READY TO SERVE
