Ingredients

1 pkg. large mushrooms
1 pkg. Boursin cheese
1 can beef broth
1/4 c. soy sauce
Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Clean mushroom and place upside down in baking dish. Spray with olive oil and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool. Turn right side up and fill with boursin cheese. Add beef broth and soy sauce to pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve
