Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. lard cut into flour
- 1 egg yolk slightly beat in cup add enough milk to make 2/3 cup
- 2 corn flakes spread on crust
- 2 cans pie mix spread on corn
- flakes may use 5 c. fresh
- apples 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour and cinnamon

Step 1
Pour over flour and mix first enough to form a soft dough roll 1/2 out to fit 10 x 15 pan. Roll out remaining dough put on top beat egg white and spread on crust bake 30 minutes 375 degrees for pie mix. 30 to 40 minutes 400 degrees for real apples 1 cup powdered sugar with 2 tablespoon lemon juice spread on top white hot.
