Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • FILLING:
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup butter
  • TOPPING:
  • 4-6 large bananas, sliced lengthwise
  • 19 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • Cool Whip
  • Chocolate sprinkles or chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter and cracker crumbs and press into 9x13" pan. Freeze for 15 minutes. Mix filling ingredients and beat on medium for exactly 10 minutes. Filling should be foamy. Spread this over the cracker crumb mixture. Place sliced bananas, cut side down, on top of filling, then spread well drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.
Spread cool whip over whole thing. Lastly sprinkle, chocolate sprinkles or walnuts.
Best left overnight
