Ingredients

2 pkg cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 c milk
1 small pkg frozen cream of corn
1 c shredded cheese
4 Tbsp chopped jalapenos
4 Tbsp chopped onions

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 deg.

Prepare frozen cream of corn according to package directions.

Stir in all other ingredients.

Grease a small cast iron skillet.

Bake at 400 deg for 30 min.
