Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick ole- softened
  • 1/3 c. powdered sugar
  • Filling:
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 8 oz. cool whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • Topping:
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1-3 oz. strawberry jells
  • 1/3 c. white corn syrup
  • 4 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 qt. first strawberries (sliced)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust ingredients together. 9X13 pan Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix filling. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate till firm. Mix water, sugar, corn syrup and cornstarch in pan. Boil till thick and shiny. Add jells and stir. Cool. Add sliced strawberries. Spoon over filling refrigerate till firm.
