Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups frozen edamame beans, pre-shucked
  • 2 cups spinach, tightly packed
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 1-2 tsp asian chili garlic sauce (or other hot sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Step 1

Steam edamame beans until bright green and thawed. In a food processor, combine the edamame and all other ingredients, and blend until smooth.
