Ingredients
- 3/4 cups frozen edamame beans, pre-shucked
- 2 cups spinach, tightly packed
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1-2 tsp asian chili garlic sauce (or other hot sauce)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Step 1
Steam edamame beans until bright green and thawed. In a food processor, combine the edamame and all other ingredients, and blend until smooth.
