Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tbsp. oleo, melted
- 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
- 1 qt. softened lime sherbet
- 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 tbsp. oleo
- 2 eggs, well beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the crackers, sugar and the 4 tablespoon of melted oleo. Press into the bottom of cups or the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Mix the ice cream and sherbet and put over the crumbles. Freeze. Cook over low heat until thick the lemon juice, sugar and the 6 tablespoon oleo and eggs. Spread over the ice cream mixture and freeze.
Keeps a long time.
