Ingredients
- 2 lbs. country style ribs
- 1 lb. boneless pork loin cut into 1.5” cubes
- 6 cups water
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups uncooked rice

Step 1
Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil in a dutch oven over medium high heat. Cover reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally 1.5 hours or until meat is tender. Stir in rice, cover and cook over low heat 20-25 minutes or until rice is done. Fluff rice with a fork and serve.
