Roll Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. peanut butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 3/4 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla together, then add soda, salt and flour. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place in tassie pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove pan from oven and press. Roll candy into the center of rack cookie allow to cool before removing from pan.
