Potato Cheese Bake with Spicy Sausage

Ingredients

• 4 potatoes, washed and cubed
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
• dash pepper
• half an onion, diced
• 1 red pepper, diced
• 1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
• 4 smokies or spicy sausages

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except soup and sausage in centre of a large piece of heavy duty foil. Fold all edges of foil together so steam cannot escape while cooking. Wrap once more in another piece of foil Place package on barbecue and cook for about 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Carefully open and add soup and sliced sausage. Close foil again and cook for additional 15 minutes.
