Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 T flour
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 stick of melted butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1/3 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sweet potatoes, flour, sugar, salt, eggs, 1/3 stick melted butter, milk and vanilla together and pour into greased baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly on the sides.
