Ingredients

  • 1 C. Land O Lakes butter softened*
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea. vanilla
  • 2 ½ C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tea. baking soda
  • ½ tea. salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) package milk chocolate toffee bits
  • ● Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • ● Combine butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in large mixer bowl.
  • ● Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  • ● Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking soda and salt.
  • ● Beat until well mixed.
  • ● Stir in toffee bits by hand.
  • ● Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • ● Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • ● Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
