Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 5 cups chopped fresh fruit
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 1 Tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup quick-cook oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 5 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

In an 8" baking pan, gently toss the filling ingredients.

Prepare topping and sprinkle over the fruit.

Bake until the fruit is bubbly and the topping crisp, about 40 minutes. Let cool about 15 minutes. Top with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.

Serves 6.
