Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- Reserve one cup for topping
- 1/2 cup melted margarine cooled
- 1 egg
- Second layer
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 3 tea cinnamon
- 2/3 cup canned milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- Topping
- reserved cake mix (one cup)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake, margarine and egg and press in a 9x13 pan
Mix pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, milk and brown sugar and pour over first layer
Cut reserved cake mix, sugar and margarine like a pie crust
Sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture
Add nuts (optional)
Bake 350 for 1 hour
