Ingredients
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 small box jello - green or red
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple - drained
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 2 cups cool whip
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix jello and water and add marshmallow and cook over low heat until melted. Remove from heat and add pineapple. mix well and put in ref. until mushy - about 1 hour. Stir in cottage cheese, cool whip and nuts. Mix well and put in mold or covered dish. Refrigerate over night or for 4 hours.
