These are the rolls that are always served at Brazilian steakhouses.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in the milk and heat up, to a light boil or less. Add the salt in milk mixture.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and add the milk mixture. Stir well. Pour the batter into a mini muffin pan.
Bake for about 10 min at 350 degrees. They should be a golden light brown when you remove them from the oven. Eat while still warm.
